Good to know
Do my students need a laptop?
No. Classes work in the browser on Android phones, iPhones, tablets and laptops. Students never send video, so classes stay light on data.
Can students turn on their cameras?
No. Students can't send video at all; everyone sees their registered photo instead. They can speak only when the tutor lets them.
How do I pay tutors?
You agree the pay with each tutor when you book them: say what you offer in your message. FideLearn checks each tutor's identity and bank details before they can teach.
What if I need more than 1,000 students?
Tell FideLearn and we'll raise your limit. Each class takes up to 200 students, and you can run as many classes as you need.
Can I approve who joins?
Yes. By default you approve every registration. You can also let students straight in.
