1. The service
FideLearn provides software for exams, proctoring, attendance, ID cards, results, fees and parent communication. Features depend on the plan the school chooses.
2. Accounts
The school is responsible for its users, for keeping passwords and supervisor PINs private, and for the data it enters. Tell us at once if you suspect an account has been misused.
3. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed per term or per year in naira, in advance. Plans renew unless cancelled before the next term. Limits such as the number of students apply to each plan. Prices may change for a new billing period with at least 30 days' notice.
4. Free plan
The free plan is offered as is, with fair-use limits, and may change. We may suspend free accounts that are misused or inactive for a long time, after notice.
5. Acceptable use
Do not try to break into the service or other schools' data, overload it, copy or resell it, or use it for anything unlawful. Proctoring must be used fairly and candidates told that exams are monitored.
6. Data
The school owns its data. We process it to provide the service as described in our privacy policy. The school can export it at any time.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep FideLearn available and to fix problems quickly, and we schedule maintenance outside exam hours where we can. The offline centre edition keeps exams running during internet outages.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees the school paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses.
9. Ending the service
A school can stop at the end of any billing period. We may end the service for serious breach of these terms. Either way, the school can export its data for 30 days.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
