SecurityBuilt to keep cheats, and hackers, out
Exam questions and student records are valuable. FideLearn is designed so that no single person can tamper with results, read another school's data or slip past the exam lock.
Encrypted everywhere
HTTPS on every connection, including inside your centre's own network, so answers and video can't be read on the way.
Every school kept separate
Each school's records are walled off from every other school's, and every request is checked against the school it belongs to.
The server decides
Marking, timing, submissions and results are decided on the server. Nothing important is trusted to the student's computer.
Protected accounts
Hashed passwords, lock-outs after repeated wrong attempts, admin keys, and supervisor PINs stored only as scrambled hashes.
No plugins, no old copies
Many school platforms are breached through outdated installs and third-party plugins. FideLearn has neither: one version, kept up to date.
Backups
One-click backups of your whole school, and the offline centre edition keeps working even if the internet goes down.
Locked exams, fair alerts
FideLearn Browser locks candidates' computers to the exam. Every suspicious action is logged with its level, and alert clips give you evidence rather than guesses.
- Browser settings and the exit PIN can only be changed by an administrator
- ID cards can't be reused once replaced or withdrawn
- Gate phones must be registered by the office and can be removed instantly
Your school's data stays your school's
FideLearn is built to meet the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. We use student data only to run your school's service, never for advertising, and never sell it.
- Export or delete your school's data at any time
- Proctoring video is live only; alert clips are deleted after 60 days
- Live video and clips stay at your centre unless you choose otherwise
